About Us

A generational tradition

When owner Joshua Dreise moved back to his hometown of Dresden, Ontario in 2020, he did so to pursue his passion for farming and to carry on a generational family tradition.

With this ambition in mind, he started and has grown, with like-minded partners, a potato operation focused on diverse, sustainable potato production.

Today the operation continues to seek out new opportunities to deliver high-quality potatoes to Canadian and American tables.

Community

We take our role in the community very seriously, and we want to be conscious of what we can offer to local organizations to support those around us.

Some of our potatoes don't meet market specifications. That is not because they are ill suited for consumption, but because the market requires a specific consistency in size and shape for processing. Local food banks benefit from donations of healthy and nutritious Fair Valley potatoes that have been market-rejected.
