Fair Valley Produce was started in 2020 by Josh Dreise when he returned home to pursue his passion growing potatoes and to carry on a generational family tradition.
With like-minded partners, the operation has grown into diverse, sustainable potato production. We are very proud of our commitment to excellent products and service while respecting the land in which we cultivate our potatoes.

Part of the community
Some of our potatoes don't meet market specifications. That is not because they are ill suited for consumption, but because the market requires a specific consistency in size and shape for processing.
Local food banks benefit from donations of healthy and nutritious Fair Valley potatoes that have been market-rejected.
